Bloodstained Boots - Guild Wars Forums

I have the 60 defense Bloodstained Boots equipped on my necro. I cannot notice any difference in casting speed for spells that target corpses, namely my animation skills. Does that benefit currently not work, does it work only on certain skills, or am I on crack and just don't know it?

as for the boots, i've had them on my necro and the increase in speed is not really high.

Considering that a Mesmer gets a 50% cast time reduction having 16 in fast casting. (this is a diference u can notice with no problem), boots for game balance porpouses should be less.

... well this i what i've guessed...

Hmm, it is probably something small, like 5% (or less). 5% off of 3 seconds is not exactly huge time savings there. Considering the ability only works on a very limited number of skills, it would be nice if they would shave off 1 second.
